Who are we?
We are a small 3 person team that has a passion for writing. Using what we have found helpful, or wish we had easily at hand when working on our own projects, this site was created to help others who may be similar minded. We have a few publications between us, and know how differently people work successfully. We first came up with this page in the hopes to building a community and bring people together.
Where are we located?
We are all located in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan, but we keep Krystallized Writing completely virtual online.
Do we use AI for any of our product or information?
We do not use any AI in our product or any information on this page. However, community submitted information/prompts we have no control over sadly. We do look over everything and try to filter out anything that shows too many signs of AI generations. We do hope all submitted content is original and not AI Generated.

Using the form on the Contact Us page is the best way to reach us, if you are not sure which topic to use, 'Other' always works!
Is there more planned for this site?
Yes! We want to build up on the resources provided, bundle options for download, add more prompts, contests, and a community center for everyone to chat and help each other stay inspired. We are also looking into ways to offer services such as editting/proofreading as well.
I have writing prompt ideas, or resources I would love to share, how can I do this?
If you find anything is missing that you wish we provided resources on, have prompt ideas, or anything else comes to mind you find missing we would love to hear from you! You can fill out the form on the Contact Us page to submit anything that comes to mind.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download my purchases?
Nope! Once your purchase is completed you will recieve an email with a download link for the bundles you ordered. As long as you have that link you can download your purchases without limits.
I lost my files or the link to download my purchases, what can I do?
If you lost the email with the link to your downloads, please fill out our Contact Us page with the email used during your purchase and if you have an invoice number. We will work to get you access back to your purchases.
I'm having issues with my payment going through, help?
First make sure whatever you are using has not declined or flagged your purchase. If everything looks fine on your end, reach out to us and we will investigate further.
Return policy?
When you complete a purchase you are emailed a download link within minutes of the transaction being complete. Due to this, we cannot accept returns. If we ever get to bring physical products to our stock, return policies will be updated. If you are having issues recieving the email containing the download link, please reach out to us and we can assist in getting that to you.
